Amarkantak is a pilgrim town and a Nagar Panchayat in Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh, India. The Amarkantak region is a unique natural heritage area and is the meeting point of the Vindhya and the Satpura Ranges, with the Maikal Hills being the fulcrum. This is where the Narmada River, the Son River, and Johila River emerge.

Visiting BandhavgarhEnjoy sunrise at Amarkantak and after taking breakfast, drive for wildlife expedition to tiger land Bandhavgarh (195kms/04:05hrs). Bandhavgarh is popular national park for tiger sighting due to the high density of this magnificent wild beast. Tiger reserve is located on the north of Amarkantak. We will try to reach Bandhavgarh till noon so that we can attend the evening safari drive. After having lunch, go for jungle safari. Overnight at resort in Bandhavgarh
Tiger SafariAttend morning & evening tiger safari drives. Bandhavgarh national park is spread over Vindhyan hills having hilly terrains with few meadows. Presence of fort at hill-top inside forest area shows that human beings live here during rule of Baghela dynasty. Later with shifting of capital from Bandhavgarh to Rewa, this place was abandoned and wild nature takeover the area. Still, you can find active Hindu temple, adjoining to Bandhavgarh Fort. we will drive towards our next destination "Jabalpur city".
Visiting BhedaghatIn this day, after breakfast, Famous tourist spot Bhedaghat is just 15kms before Jabalpur city so we will visit this place and take lunch there. In Bhedaghat you can do boating, ropeway ride, photography and some marble articles shopping. Later proceed to Hotel in Jabalpur. Overnight at hotel in Jabalpur.
Way to KhajurahoIn this day, after Breakfast, drive for next to Kahjuraho, (5 h 44 min (250.3 km) via MP SH 48) It is a World Heritage Site with 9-10th century temples having erotic sculptured images. Temples are magnificent example of art & sculpture. Khajuraho sound & light show is a popular evening event organized by management team for tourists. This is the best evening activity for tourists to understand the history, facts and myths of Khajuraho temples. It is organized in Khajuraho Western Group of Temples. Overnight at Hotel in Khajuraho.
Sightseeing KhajurahoIn this day after breakfast, sightseeing in Khajuraho and back to Hotel and take lunch, and drive to Santa 2 h 47 min (116.8 km) via NH39 Station for Train. Overnight at Train.
